Logrrr On-Premises Software End-User License Agreement
Last updated: October 28, 2026This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Logrrr LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 55 SE 2nd Ave, Delray Beach, FL 33444 ("Logrrr"). It covers the Logrrr Uploader, the Logrrr Downloader and LogrrrSettings, their installer, and any updates Logrrr provides for them (together, the "Software").
By installing or using the Software, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use it.
1. Who "you" are
"You" means the organization or person whose Logrrr account the Software is used with. If you install the Software on behalf of someone else, for example as an IT provider, reseller or managed service provider, you confirm that you are authorized to accept this Agreement for them, and they are bound by it as "you". You are responsible for your own use of the Software on their systems.
2. Relationship to the Terms of Service
The Software is part of the Logrrr service. Your use of the Logrrr service, including data the Software sends to Logrrr, is governed by the Logrrr Terms of Service (https://logrrr.com/terms), the Privacy Policy (https://logrrr.com/privacy) and the Data Processing Addendum (https://logrrr.com/dpa). If this Agreement and the Terms of Service conflict about the Software itself, this Agreement controls; otherwise the Terms of Service control.
3. License
Logrrr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software, at no extra charge, on computers you own or control (or that your customer owns or controls, if you install it for them), only to use the Logrrr service with your own camera systems, while you have a Logrrr account. You may make one backup copy of the installer.
4. Restrictions
You may not, and may not let anyone else:
- copy, modify, translate or create derivative works of the Software, except as this Agreement allows;
- sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute or host the Software for others, except that IT providers, resellers and managed service providers may install it for their customers under Section 1;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, except to the extent the law allows despite this restriction, or as the license of an open-source component permits for that component;
- remove or change any notice in the Software;
- use the Software to access any system or data you are not authorized to access, or for any use the Terms of Service do not allow; or
- use the Software to interfere with, overload or get around the security of the Logrrr service.
5. Updates
Logrrr may provide updates, fixes and new versions of the Software. Today you install updates yourself by running a new installer, which keeps your settings. In future Logrrr may also offer updates that download and install automatically; if it does, the Software or Logrrr's website will tell you how updates are delivered and how to turn automatic updates off, where that is possible. Updates are covered by this Agreement unless they come with different terms. Older versions may stop working with the Logrrr service; Logrrr will give reasonable notice where it can.
6. What the Software does with your information
- The Downloader signs in to your own UniFi console on your network, with the username and password you enter, and downloads event records, thumbnails and video. It connects only to the console address you enter, and it accepts that console's own (self-signed) security certificate. It never sends your UniFi username or password to Logrrr. A video conversion tool runs on your computer and makes no network connection.
- The Uploader sends event records, thumbnails and video from your computer to the Logrrr service, using the Uploader API key you create in the Logrrr console. It connects only to Logrrr's API (api.logrrr.com) and to Logrrr's storage provider at the upload address the API gives it. Along with each file it sends the file's name, size and checksum, and the result of each upload, including any error message.
- LogrrrSettings signs in to your UniFi console only when you test the connection or load your camera list, and opens Logrrr's help pages in your web browser when you click a help link.
- Nothing else is sent. The Software does not send usage statistics, crash reports, logs or any other information to Logrrr or anyone else.
- Stored on your computer: the Uploader API key is encrypted with Windows' data protection for that computer. Your UniFi username and password are stored unencrypted in the Downloader's configuration file, which the installer allows only Windows administrators and the system to read. Log files stay on your computer (30 days by default).
- Your responsibility: keep the computer secure, limit who has administrator access to it, and use a UniFi account for the Downloader with only the permissions it needs. If you think the computer or the key has been compromised, revoke the key in the Logrrr console and change the UniFi password.
How Logrrr handles the information the Uploader sends is described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum.
7. Third-party components
The Software includes third-party software, including FFmpeg, licensed under its own terms. Those terms, not this Agreement, govern those components, and nothing in this Agreement limits your rights under them. The list and the licenses are in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt in the install folder and at https://logrrr.com/legal/licenses. FFmpeg is licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License; its source code for the exact version included is available where Logrrr publishes each release.
8. Ownership
Logrrr and its licensors own the Software. It is licensed, not sold. This Agreement gives you no rights other than those stated.
9. Ending this Agreement
This Agreement lasts until it ends. You may end it at any time by uninstalling the Software. It ends automatically if you close your Logrrr account or break this Agreement, and Logrrr may end it on notice if it stops offering the Software. When it ends, you must stop using and uninstall the Software. Sections 6 (as to information already sent), 8, 10, 11 and 12 continue after it ends.
10. No warranty
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", and Section 14 (Disclaimers) of the Terms of Service applies to it. In particular, Logrrr does not warrant that the Software will download or upload every event, and Section 12 (Event capture and data loss) of the Terms of Service applies to events the Software handles.
11. Limitation of liability
Section 15 (Limitation of liability) of the Terms of Service applies to the Software and this Agreement, and any liability for the Software counts toward the limit stated there.
12. General
- Export: the Software is provided for use in the United States. You may not export it or use it in violation of US export laws.
- Governing law and disputes: Section 19 of the Terms of Service applies.
- Changes: Logrrr may update this Agreement; the version that accompanies an update applies to that update. Material changes are notified as the Terms of Service describe.
- Entire agreement: this Agreement, with the Terms of Service, is the entire agreement about the Software. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You may not assign this Agreement except with your Logrrr account.
