Sub-processors
Last updated: October 3, 2026Logrrr uses the following third parties ("sub-processors") to host, deliver and support the service. Each is bound by contract to process data only to provide its service to Logrrr, to keep it secure, and not to use it for its own purposes. None of them trains models on your data. All are US companies, and Logrrr data is stored primarily in the United States.
Infrastructure and storage
- Amazon Web Services, Inc. (Lightsail) — hosts Logrrr's application, database and API server and the servers that receive webhook events, in US regions, including encrypted server snapshots used for disaster recovery.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (R2) — stores detection thumbnails, images and video, in Cloudflare's Eastern North America region. Also stores operational monitoring reports from Logrrr's servers (no plate data, no message content; addresses and email domains truncated), kept 90 days.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (Turnstile) — bot check on the signup form; processes the visitor's IP address and browser characteristics.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (DNS and proxy) — provides DNS for Logrrr's websites and may proxy website traffic, in which case it processes visitor IP addresses and request metadata.
Backups
- Backblaze, Inc. (B2, US West) — encrypted copies of Logrrr's database for disaster recovery. Logrrr holds the encryption keys; copies are write-protected and removed after 28 days.
- Wasabi Technologies LLC (us-central-1) — a second set of encrypted database copies, on the same terms.
- Twilio Inc. (SendGrid) — primary provider for account, billing and security email.
- Sinch (Mailgun) — backup provider for transactional email and provider for announcements.
Payments
- Stripe, Inc. — payment card storage and processing. Logrrr never sees your full card number.
Analytics and support
- None.
Vehicle analysis (future)
Logrrr does not currently send images to any outside AI provider. If we add image-analysis features that use a third-party provider, we will list the provider here before the feature is available, and you will be able to turn off outside processing for your account.
Changes to this list
We will post changes to this page and email account holders at least 30 days before a new sub-processor begins processing Customer Data, except where a change is needed urgently for security or availability, in which case we will notify you as soon as practicable. If you object to a new sub-processor on reasonable data-protection grounds, you may close your account before the change takes effect.
