Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 3, 2026This policy explains what Logrrr LLC ("Logrrr", "we") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers visitors to logrrr.com, people who hold a Logrrr account, and, in Section 3, the vehicle data our customers' cameras send us.
1. Who we are
Logrrr is a service that receives license plate detection events from our customers' own camera systems, stores them, and provides search, dashboards, reports and webhooks on that data. Logrrr is operated by Logrrr LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 55 SE 2nd Ave, Delray Beach, FL 33444. Contact: ahoy@logrrr.com.
2. Information we collect about you
Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address, and later any name, organization, billing address and billing contact details you add in the console.
Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and stores your card details; we receive only a token, the card type and last four digits, and transaction records.
Usage and technical information. When you use the website or console we collect your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, and actions taken in the console (for example sign-ins, API key creation, settings changes, data deletions and acceptance of our terms). We keep an access log of who viewed what in your account, which you can see in the console.
Bot check. Our signup form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes your IP address and browser characteristics to tell people from automated traffic.
Support and correspondence. Emails you send us and the support requests you make. Emails we send you are logged and visible to you in the console.
Cookies. We use only the cookies needed to sign you in, keep your session, and protect our forms from misuse. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
3. Camera data: information our customers collect
Our customers point their own cameras at their own locations. When a camera reads a license plate, the customer's system sends Logrrr the plate text, a confidence score, the camera, the time, and optionally a thumbnail image or short video clip ("Camera Data"). Camera Data can include images of vehicles and the people in or near them.
The customer, not Logrrr, decides what is collected. The customer controls where cameras are placed, what is sent, how long it is kept, and who can see it. Logrrr stores and processes Camera Data only on the customer's behalf and instructions, to provide the service. We do not sell it, share it between customers, pool it, or search across customers' data. We never run facial recognition or facial analysis on any image. Logrrr reads license plates only.
If your vehicle was recorded by a Logrrr customer's camera, the customer is the operator of that camera and the owner of the record. Logrrr cannot verify who you are or act on the record without the customer's instruction. Please contact the operator of the camera at the location; where a notice is posted it will identify them. If you contact us instead, we will tell you this and keep a record of your request. We do not search our systems for your plate in response to such a request, because that would use the data for a purpose other than providing the service to the customer.
Our role as a processor or service provider of Camera Data, and our commitments to customers about it, are set out in our Terms of Service and the Data Processing Addendum (to be published).
4. How we use information
We use information about you to: create and secure your account; provide, operate and support the service; calculate and collect usage-based charges; send transactional messages (verification, billing, security and service notices); respond to your requests; detect abuse and keep the service secure; comply with law; and understand how the service is used so we can improve it.
We may use aggregated statistics that cannot identify any person or vehicle (for example event counts, storage volumes, or how often reads fall below a confidence level) to operate and improve the service. Plate text and images are never part of aggregated statistics.
We do not use your information, or any Camera Data, to train artificial-intelligence models unless you have opted in separately and in writing.
5. How we share information
We share information only:
- with sub-processors who host, deliver or support the service under contract with us and only as needed to provide it. The current list is at /sub-processors. None of them is permitted to use your data for their own purposes or to train models on it;
- when the law requires it, as described in our Law Enforcement Request Guidelines (to be published): only in response to valid legal process, with notice to the affected customer unless the law prohibits it, or in an emergency involving an imminent risk of death or serious physical injury;
- with a reseller or partner you have authorized to manage your account; and
- in a business transfer (merger, acquisition or sale of assets), in which case this policy continues to apply to your information and you will be notified.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. How long we keep information
Camera Data is kept for the activity retention period set on your plan and settings, then removed automatically. Your settings determine whether expired data is deleted immediately or held hidden for a short grace period you choose. When you delete data in the console, images and video are removed from storage within minutes and identifying fields are cleared immediately; the remaining non-identifying billing records are deleted once that month has been invoiced. Logrrr stores the events it receives; it is not a backup of your camera system, and your camera system remains the authoritative copy of your recordings. Logrrr keeps one copy of stored images and video; if that storage fails or is lost, those images and video cannot be recovered.
Account information is kept while your account is open. When you close your account your data is hidden immediately, an export remains available to you for 30 days, and then all Camera Data and account data is permanently deleted, except for billing and tax records we must keep by law, and records of the terms you accepted.
Backups. Deleted data may persist in encrypted database backups for up to 30 days before the backup is removed, and in encrypted server snapshots used for disaster recovery, kept in the same region, for up to 30 days. Backups are write-protected and cannot be deleted by anyone, including Logrrr, before their scheduled removal. Backups are used only for disaster recovery; if we ever restore from one, we replay deletions made since it was taken.
7. Where information is stored
Logrrr is hosted with US service providers and your data is stored primarily in the United States. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. The service is offered to customers in the United States; if you use it from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
8. Security
We use access controls, encryption, logging and monitoring appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. Only Logrrr staff you have granted support access can view your Camera Data, and every view is recorded in your account's access log. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a security incident affecting your data we will notify you without undue delay.
9. Your choices and rights
You can view and change your account details, settings, retention and billing information in the console, export your data at any time, delete individual records or everything in your account, and close your account.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy law to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising them. To exercise these rights, use the console or email ahoy@logrrr.com; we will verify your request through your account and respond within the time the law requires. If you are a customer and the request concerns Camera Data, you are the controller of that data and can act on it directly in the console.
You can opt out of marketing email at any time using the link in the message; transactional and service messages are sent as part of the service.
10. Children
Logrrr is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we will post the new version here, update the date at the top, and notify account holders by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect where the change reduces your rights.
